The first photo I took when I was staying at a hotel in Chicago, a few weeks ago, after finding out about the architecture project. I thought it was going to be a good photo because of the brick wall, and the windows. I used these angles for these photos because it provided a perspective that I think looked well, with these photos I felt they show hope because there is a sunset reflected in the windows.

This group of photos was of a big office place in downtown, Ann Arbor. I took the photo of this office because I like the colors and widows of the building. The feeling I'm trying to convey is mystery because when I look at this office, I feel like the building is mysterious. Some troubles I had was finding a place with the lights off, as I didn't want to invade their privacy.

The third group of photos was of a skyscraper in the big city of Chicago, around sunset. I took the photo of the skyscraper because of how big it was and the fact that it was made of brick, which I haven't seen many skyscrapers with that material. I went up to a balcony and zoomed in on the building to get a close-up perspective. Some troubles I had when taking these photos were getting up to the balcony because it was far up, and I had to take an elevator that was hard to get to.

These photos were of a high school that I saw in Chicago, on a Saturday evening, as were the rest of these photos that were taken in Chicago. I wanted to take these photos because of the structure of the school. Although you can't tell in the photos, the structure of the building was very unique, there were multiple separated parts of the building that I took, in the first photo it was a section of the building that was larger than the rest of them, in a L shape of the school, it was more of a regular- looking section.

These photos were of a building that I saw when walking in downtown, Ann Arbor. This photo was very similar to many other photos I took in both downtown, Ann Arbor, and Chicago. This is most likely an office or building. I liked this photo because it was very close to the other photo I took in downtown, and I am trying to convey the feeling of unknown, because I myself didn't know what I was taking a picture of and the picture is not revealing itself. Some troubles I had when taking these photos were cars because there were a lot of cars in the photos I had to maneuver around.
